Description: He likes to wear tan tank tops with brown pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. He has a very tight haircut. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He comes from a rich western family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
