His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Personality: Trym hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Trym was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Trym's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Trym and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Jocelyn has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions
