Description: 6'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Nicholas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east. After coming to the age of reason, Simon took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Heward has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
