History: Godfrey was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.
