He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of swords on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
