Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
