History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears his silver hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gomory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: This exceptionally lanky man very much looks the part of a Hunter. His tied-back hair is white. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Arnold hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Hunter. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: To be a Knight again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern
