Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kody embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Kody learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and to be a banker again

His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
