History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a shield on his belt. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the east to a Stylist, Kyle learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Stylist job and began his own company from there.
