History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Richard was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Seamstress work with an outfit from a few towns over. Seamstress work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
