Personality: Charles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
