Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is golden and very short. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in the north to a Bounty Hunter, Hugh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bounty Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bounty Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
