Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Ralf hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.
