His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Richard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second son.
