Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears skinny pants and wears a grey and black robe with the hood down. His black hair is still thick. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This dark-skinned male is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has moderate length brown hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Dean was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He became a Dyer soon after.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a simple blue robe with white stripes complete with hood. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
