He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Frederick was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
