History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is short and golden. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Jeweler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the east. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Jeweler for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Jeweler responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roger was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Gardener. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Don learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently the stress of being a Soapmaker has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
