Description: This malnourished man usually wears his black robe and has his glaive always slung over his shoulder. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alexandre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a very tight haircut. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Seamstress. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and regain custody of his son

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a black vest and prefers white and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears bulky blue painted plate armor. He wears his silver hair down. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses divination through singing.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he usually wears his white robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder. His hair is long and silver with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and to clean up the streets
