History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Hubert was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
