History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Ruler mother left him crippled. During his travels, Bertram and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bertram discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bertram fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Frederick was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: He got into the Architect business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
