Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He wears a black vest and prefers green and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Chad speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. John abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To be a Knight again.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Norman was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
