When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
