History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bounty Hunter for the past few years.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
