However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He got into the Butcher business at a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends
