History: Geoffrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mortician and was forced into it by his family; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: Theodoric was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his brother
