Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
