Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a tan shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and green pants. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Robert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Human compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears baggy green pantaloons and a brown scarf, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Everard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to be a tanner again
