Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Scribe, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Lance was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. He has worked as a Laborer like his mother before him.
