Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spy born in the past three hundred years. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
