History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Actor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to unite with his brother
