History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. After coming to the age of reason, William took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
