Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'1" and wears a brown deerstalker hat and brown clothes. His white hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born in the east to a Banker, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
