Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light pastel in addition to tight pants, and is pretty ugly. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great joy in being the best Shipwright in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
