History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Heward's homeland. Heward decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Crown-heir soon after.
