He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Guy was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and many drow want him driven away
