History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Justin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Justin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
