He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: An older man who wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), he is not a threatening figure. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This malnourished man is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, black shirt, and blue tie. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Nicholas was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a pastel vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his pastel boots flare out at the collars. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a Shepherd first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born in the east to a Shepherd, Dustin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to be a barrister again
