Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again.
