History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Henry alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
