Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Percival reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
