History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
