History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His childhood dream was to be a Jeweler, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Scribe for the past few years.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'7" and wears a yellow vest and prefers violet and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and a deep hatred of dire rats
