History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by drow. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born in the south to a Painter, Cory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
