History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Peter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
