Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Slave Trader they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
