History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
