Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
