Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Patrick was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Raymond was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
