Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born into a rich family. After coming to the age of reason, Bernard took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple brown robe with green stripes complete with hood. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: 5'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Jeweler. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He wears an entirely grey suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
