Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
